I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO319, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the SERRANA ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY-ASERCOM to run community broadcasting service in the city of San Francisco de Paula, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 522 of August 29, 2008, which outored authorization to the Community Serrana Association-ASERCOM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of San Francisco de Paula, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
