Altera the arts. 67, 70, 82 and 137 and adds the art. 69-A to the Law No 6,880 of December 9, 1980-Status of the Military Military, treating on leave to accompany spouse or companion (a).

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1st The arts. 67, 70, 82 and 137 of the Act No 6,880 of December 9, 1980, pass vigorously with the following changes:

§ 1st The interruption of the special leave, of the license to address particular interest and the license to accompany spouse or companion (a) may occur:

§ 2º The interruption of the licence to treat from particular interest and the license to accompany spouse or companion (a) will be final when the military is retired or transferred, from office, to the remunerated reserve.

Art. 2nd Law No 6,880 of December 9, 1980 passes the further vigorous of the following art. 69-A:

?Art. 69-A. License to accompany spouse or companion (a) is the authorization for the total removal of the service, granted to military with more than 10 (ten) years of effective service that requires it to accompany spouse or companion (a) that, being served public of the Union or military of the Armed Forces, for, of office, to exercise activity in federal public body situated at another point in the national territory or abroad, diverse from the location of the applicant's military organization.

§ 1st A licence will always be granted with loss of remuneration and time count of effective service, except for the latter, for the purposes of referral to the compulsory quota.

§ 2nd The deadline for the licence will be 36 (thirty-six) months, and may be granted in a continuous or fractional manner.

§ 3rd For the granting of the licence to accompany companion (a), there is a need for it to be recognized the stable union between man and woman as a family entity, in accordance with the specific legislation.

§ 4th shall not be granted the licence that treats this article when the accompanying military can be passed on to the provision or situation of adido or be classified / booked in military organization of the Armed Forces for the performance of functions compatible with their hierarchical level.

§ 5th The passage at the disposal or the situation of adhesion or the classification / lotion in military organization, of which it treats § 4th of this article, will be effective without burden to the Union and always with the acquiescence of the Armed Forces involved.?

Art. 3rd This Act shall come into force from the date of its publication.
