I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Marconi Perillo, First Vice President of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the Presidency, under the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 304, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY CULTURAL ASSOCIATION GARDEN TEREZÓPOLIS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Guarulhos, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 985 of December 23, 2008, which outored authorization to the Cultural Association Community Garden Terezópolis to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Guarulhos, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
