I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 58, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorres grant to the GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF PERNAMBUCO to perform broadcasting service of sounds and images in the Archipelago of Fernando de Noronha, State of Pernambuco.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of December 20, 2002, which outored concession to the Government of the State of Pernambuco to perform, for fifteen years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images, with exclusively educational purposes, in the Archipelago of Fernando de Noronha, State of Pernambuco.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
