Law No. 10702, of 14 JULY 2003 Amending Law No. 9294, of 15 July 1996, which provides for

restrictions on use and advertisement of fumígeros products, alcoholic beverages,

drugs, therapies and agrochemicals, pursuant to § 4 of art. 220

of the Federal Constitution.

        The
