I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 542, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorates permission to sm ltda communications. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedro Canario, State of the Holy Spirit.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 430 of August 7, 2001, which outorship permission to SM Communications Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Peter Canario, State of the Holy Spirit.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
