I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 418, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the FRATERNAL AND CULTURAL ASSOCIATION OF FARMHOUSE GRANDE to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Fazenda Rio Grande, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 443 of August 28, 2003, which outored authorization to the Fraternal and Cultural Association of Rio Grande to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Fazenda Rio Grande, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
