DECREE NO 6,536, DE August 11, 2008.

Disposes about inclusion, in the Program National Desestatization-PND, of electrical power transmission ventures of the Basic Network of the National-SIN Interlinked System, determines to the National Electric Power Agency-ANEEL the promotion and monitoring of the bidding processes of these grants, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, point?a?, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Law n^o 9,491, of September 9, 1997,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o Ficam included in the National Desestatization Program-PND, for the purposes of Law n^o 9,491 of September 9, 1997, the following electrical power transmission ventures of the Basic Network of the National Interlinked System-SIN, for interconnection of the Hydrometric Mills of Santo Antônio and Jirau, located on the Madeira River, comprising two technological alternatives of electric power transmission:

I-integral ventures of the technological alternative in Continuous Current-CC:

a) Transmission Line Collective Old Port-Old Port, at 230 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of Rondônia ;

b) Substation Collector Porto Velho, in ± 600 kV Current Contínua-CC/500/230 kV Alternating Current-CA, located in the State of Rondônia ;

c) Conversation CA/CC of Bipolo n^o 1 at Substation Collector Porto Velho, at 500 kV CA/±600 kV CC, located in the State of Rondônia, and Inversora CC/CA of Bipolo n^o 1 in Substation Araraquara 2, at ± 600 kV CC/500 kV CA, located in the State of São Paulo ;

d) Conversation CA/CC of Bipolo n^o 2 at Substation Collector Porto Velho, at 500 kV CA/±600 kV CC, located in the State of Rondônia, and Inversora CC/CA of Bipolo n^o 2 in Substation Araraquara 2, at ± 600 kV CC/500 kV CA, located in the State of São Paulo ;

e) Transmission Line Collective Old Port-Araraquara 2, from Bipolo n^o 1, at ± 600 kV CC, located in the states of Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais and São Paulo ;

f) Transmission Line Collector Old Port-Araraquara 2, from Bipolo n^o 2, at ± 600 kV CC, located in the states of Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais and São Paulo ;

g) Substation Araraquara 2, at ± 600 kV CC/500/440 kV CA, located in the State of São Paulo ;

h) Araraquara Transmission Line 2-Araraquara-CTEEP, at 440 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of São Paulo ;

i) Araraquara Transmission Line 2-Araraquara-FURNAS, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of São Paulo ;

j) Cuiabá-Ribeirine Transmission Line, at 500 kV, located in the State of Mato Grosso ; and

l) Riber-Riber Transmission Line-North Green River, at 500 kV, located in the States of Mato Thick and Goiás ;

II - integral ventures of the hybrid technological alternative, in Continuous Current-CC and alternation-CA:

a) Transmission Line Collective Old Port-Old Port, at 230 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of Rondônia ;

b) Substation Collector Porto Velho, at ± 600 kV CC/500/230 kV CA, located in the State of Rondonia ;

c) Transmission Line Collector Old-ji-Paraná, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of Rondônia ;

d) Sub-Station Ji-Paraná, at 500 kV, located in the State of Rondônia ;

e) Ji-Paraná-Colorado Transmission Line of the West, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located on the State of Rondônia ;

f) Colorado Substation of the West, at 500 kV, located in the State of Rondônia ;

g) West-Jauru Colorado Transmission Line, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the States of Rondônia and Mato Grosso ;

h) Jauru-Cuiabá Transmission Line, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of Mato Thick ;

i) Cuiabá-River Araguaia Transmission Line, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the States of Mato Grosso and Goiás ;

j) Substation Rio Araguaia, at 500 kV, located in the State of Goiás ;

l) Transmission Line River Araguaia-Red Water 2, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located at the States of Goiás and Minas Gerais ;

m) Substation Red Water 2, at 500 kV, located in the State of Minas Gerais ;

n) Transmission Line Red Water 2-Red Water, at 500 kV, located in the state of Minas General ;

the) Substation Araraquara 2, at ± 600 kV CC/500/440 kV CA, located in the State of São Paulo ;

p) Araraquara Transmission Line 2-Araraquara-FURNAS, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of São Paulo ;

q) Araraquara 2-Araraquara-CTEEP Transmission Line, at 440 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located in the State of São Paulo ;

r) Transmission Line Red Water 2-Araraquara 2, at 500 kV, Circuits 1 and 2, located at the States of Minas Gerais and São Paulo ;

s) Conversation CA/CC of 1 bipolo at the Understation Collector Porto Velho, at 500 kV CA/±600 kV CC, located in the State of Rondônia, and Inversora CC/CA of 1 bipolo at Substation Araraquara 2, within ± 600 kV CC/500 kV CA, located in the State of São Paulo ; and

t) Transmission Line Collector Old Port-Araraquara 2, from 1 bipolo at ± 600 kV CC, located in the states of Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Minas Gerais and São Paulo.

Single Paragraph. The electrical power transmission ventures referred to in this article further understand the deployment and extension of the associated substations and will be described and characterized in the respective auction editals.

Art. 2^o Stay the National Electric Power Agency-ANEEL responsible for promote and monitor the tender procedures for the procurement of public electric power transmission services and for the respective concession outorga of the ventures to which the art refers. 1^o, under the terms of what the inciso II of art has. 3^o of Law n^o 9,427, of December 26, 1996.

Art. 3^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
