Changes the planned deadlines in the arts. 29, 30 and 32 of Law No. 10,826 of December 22, 2003, and the arts. 5º and 6º of the said Law and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

I make it known that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º The initial term of the deadlines provided for in the arts. 29, 30 and 32 of Law No 10,826 of December 22, 2003, pass on from the publication of the decree regulating them, not exceeding, to have effect, the cut-off date of June 23, 2004.

Art. 2º The art. 5º and the § 3º of the art. 6º of Law No. 10,826 of December 22, 2003, pass vigorously with the following essay:

" Art. 5º The Certificate of Fire Registration of Fire, with validity throughout the national territory, authorizes its owner to hold the firearm exclusively within his residence or domicile, or reliance on these, or, yet, at his place of work, provided that it is he the holder or the legal officer by the establishment or company.

§ 3º The authorization for the possession of firearm of municipal guards is conditional on the functional training of its members in police activity teaching establishments, the existence of surveillance mechanisms and internal control, in the conditions set out in the regulation of this Act, observed the supervision of the Ministry of

Art. 3º This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
