Art. 1 It is declared of public utility for purposes of expropriation by the National Department of Works Against Drought - DNOCS, land area and their improvements, titrated to various individuals, with approximately 22634.3080 ha, located in Marco Municipalities, Bela Cruz and Acaraú, all in the state of Ceará, Decree of the initial object in the 97,144 of 29 November 1988, according to the perennial plant of the Administrative procedure in 59400.004561 / 2007-01, described as follows: the polygon has its beginning at the zero point coordinates (UTM) 9.653.000m N and E 379.490m (Central Meridian 39), located on the right bank of Highway CE-161, a 1.520,00m away south of the landmark RN-27 AEROFOTO CRUISE SA, ingrown on the right bank of the same EC-161 highway with the CE-118 highway; Sole paragraph. They are excluded from the expropriation of the caput areas of land and improvements already acquired by DNOCS due to the provisions of Decree No. 97144 of November 29 of 1988.

Art. 2nd DNOCS promote, with funds from the Growth Acceleration Program - PAC, allocated in its budget, the dispossession of this Decree may, for immission effect held, claiming the urgency referred to in Art. 15 of Decree-Law No 3365 of 21 June 1941, combined with Law 6662 of 25 June 1979.

Art. 3 This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
