DECREE of 29 OCTOBER 2003.
Establishes Technical Committees of the Executive Committee of e-Government and other matters.
The PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC, in the use of the role that gives the art. 84, item VI, subparagraph a, of the Constitution, DECREES: Art. 1 Are established technical committees, in the context of the Executive Committee of the Electronic Government, created by the Decree of October 2000 l8, with the purpose of coordinating and articulating the planning and implementation of projects and actions in their respective areas of competence, with the following denominations: I-Implementation of free Software;
II-Digital Inclusion;
III-systems integration;
IV-legacy systems and Software licences;
V-management of websites and online services;
VI-network infrastructure;
VII-to-Government Government G2G; and VIII-Knowledge management and strategic information.
Art. 2 The Technical Committees will be composed of representatives of agencies and entities of the federal public administration, indicated by the members of the Executive Committee of e-Government.
§ Act of Ministers of State Chief of staff of the Presidency of the Republic and of planning, budget and management shall establish the composition of technical committees and shall appoint its members and coordinators.
(2) In their impediments, the members of the Technical Committees will be replaced by their alternates.
§ 3 the organs and entities whose representatives constitute the respective Technical Committees will provide the necessary technical and administrative support to the operation, including through the designation of servers of its frameworks for performance in activities and projects.
paragraph 4 May be invited to attend the meetings of the Technical Committees, the judgment of its Coordinator, representatives of other bodies and public authorities, private companies or civil society organizations.
§ 5 the Executive Secretary of the Executive Committee of e-Government will supervise the work of Technical Committees, including through the convening of its engineers to participate in periodic meetings.
Art. 3 this Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
