DECREE OF October 29, 2003.

Establish Technical Committees of the Executive Committee of the Electronic Government and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution,


Art. 1º Stay instituted Technical Committees, within the framework of the Executive Committee of the Electronic Government, created by the l8 Decree of October 2000, for the purpose of coordinating and articulating the planning and implementation of projects and actions in the respective areas of competence, with the following denominations:

I-Implementation of the Free Software ;

II-Digital Inclusion ;

III-Integration of Systems ;

IV-Legacy Systems and Software Licenses ;

V-Management of Sites and On-line;

VI-Network Infrastructure ;

VII-Government to Government-G2G ; and

VIII-Management of Information and Strategic Information.

Art. 2º The Technical Committees will be composed of representatives of organs and entities of the federal public administration, indicated by the members of the Executive Committee of the Electronic Government.

§ 1º Act of the Chief Minister of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic and Planning, Budget and Management shall establish the composition of the Technical Committees and designate their members and coordinators.

§ 2º In their impediments, the members of the Technical Committees will be replaced by their alternates.

§ 3º The bodies and entities whose representatives integrate the respective Technical Committees will provide the necessary technical and administrative support to their operation, including through the designation of servers of their tables for acting in activities and projects.

§ 4º Poor will be invited to attend the meetings of the Technical Committees, the judgment of their coordinator, representatives of other bodies and public entities, private companies or civil society organisations.

§ 5º The Executive Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Electronic Government shall supervise the work of the Technical Committees, including by means of the convening of their coordinators for participation in periodic meetings of follow-up.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
