Decree No. 3560, AUGUST 14 2000.
Regulating the §§ 5 and 6 of art. 2 of Decree-Law No. 2452. of 29 July 1988 as amended by laws No. 8396 from 2 January 1992, and 8924 of 29 July 1994, establishing the procedure for declaration of revocation of granting of Export processing zones-SPAS, and other matters.
The PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC, in the use of the role that gives the art. 84, section IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of §§ 5 and 6 of art. 2 of Decree-Law No. 2452 of 29 July 1988, as amended by Laws No. 8396 from 2 January 1992, and 8924 of 29 July 1994, DECREES: Art. 1 the Declaration of revocation of granting of Export processing zones-SPAS will be made in Act of the National Council of Export processing zones-CZPE APPROVAL.
Art. 2 the procedure for declaration of revocation with the subpoena of responsible for, within 30 days, to prove to CZPE APPROVAL have begun to infrastructure works and continuity to the schedule, as set out in the Setup project.
Sole paragraph. After the period of 30 days, without the subpoenaed has manifested itself, the CZPE APPROVAL shall issue the declaratory Act of forfeiture of the lease.
Art. 3rd After the response, CZPE APPROVAL shall decide by the performance of the obligations.

Art. 5 this Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
Art. 6 Is repealed Decree No. 1679, of 18 October 1995.
