DECREE OF April 12, 2006.

Declaration of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, rural real estate that mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplementary Law no 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act No 4,504 of November 30, 1964 and 2nd of the Act No 8,629 of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Stay declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters "a", "b", "c" and "d", and 20, inciso VI, of the Law No 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of the Law No 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-"Chupete", with area of a thousand, seven hundred and seven hectares, ninety and seven airs and fifty and three centiars, situated in the Municipality of White Water, object of the Registration in R-1-78, fls. 78, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Card of the White Water Comarch, Alagoas State (Process INCRA/SR-22/no 54360.001411 /2004-94) ;

II-"Farm Flowers or Gregory / Córrego Palmeiras", with area of thirty-six hectares, twenty-two airs and eighty-seven centials, situated in the Municipality of Amaralina, object of the Registry in R-4-5.623, fls. 71, Book 2-X, of the Estate Registration Card of the Comarca of Mara Rosa, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.002485 /2005-02) ;

III-"Farm Flowers or Gregory / Grota Seca", with seventy area and seven hectares and forty-four airs, situated in the Municipality of Amaralina, object of the Registration in R-1-5.966, fls. 37, Book 2-AB, of the Estate Registration Card of the Comarca of Mara Rosa, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.002486 /2005-49) ; and

IV-"Good Pleasure / Impertinente/duartina", with area of a thousand, two hundred and twenty-one hectares and thirty-five airs, situated in the Municipality of Fazenda Nova, the object of the Matricles in the 399, fls. 108, Book 2-B ; and 6,852, fls. 108, Book 3-J, of the Real Estate Registration of the Real Estate Comarca Nova, State of Goiás (Process INCRA/SR-04/no 54150.001054 /2005-11).

Art. 2º Delete from the effects of this Decree the semovents, machinery and agricultural implements as well as the existing benefits in the real estate referred to in art. First and belonging to those who will be beneficiaries with their destination.

Art. 3º The National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is authorized to promote the dispossession of rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Law no 76 of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal reservation and permanent preservation provided for in Law No 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, in order to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
