CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. In the framework of the Constitution of the State, is declared a Material Cultural Heritage of the

Plurinational State of Bolivia? Sanctuary of the Virgin of the Socavon?, to the? Painted image of the Virgin? which is located in the Altar of the Sanctuary, and al? Entrance of the Socavon?, located in the Cerro Pie de Gallo of the City of Oruro; as well as the? Sculpture of the Virgen del Socavon?, which is located in Cerro Santa Barbara, Condoriri extension, west zone of the same city.

ARTICLE 2. The Ministry of Cultures, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Oruro and the Autonomous Government

Municipal of Oruro, within the framework of its competences and the interagency coordination, are in charge of taking the necessary measures for the promotion, preservation, registration, cataloging and issuance of the Material Cultural Heritage certificate.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, the five days of the month of February two thousand thirteen

years.
