soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law: HONORABLE NATIONAL CONGRESS, D E C R E T A: ARTICLE 1.- State of Public Utility, the extension of the National Museum of Art, located at 985 Trade Street of the city of La Paz. ARTICLE 2.- To comply with the provisions of the First Article, the building of Calle Comercio No. 1048, adjacent to the National Museum of Art of Property of the Association of Journalists of La Paz, registered in the Office of Real Rights, under Computed Item No. 01015146 of the Judicial District of La Paz, for the value of the property, which amounts to the amount of $us. 665.212.- ARTICLE 3.- As just compensation for the expropriation provided in the Second Article, the Executive Branch is authorized to transfer, to the Association of Journalists of La Paz, real estate, furniture and articles, for a total value of $us. 665.212.-according to the following detail:

ARTICLE 4.- To compensate the Medical Complementary Fund, in liquidation, the Ministry of Finance,
will register in the Bank Current Account that the Treasury General has for the

The Ministry of Finance, will perform the same registration, on the same National Treasury Bank Account,

Complementary of State Banking, in Liquidation.
ARTICLE 5.- The Ministers of Education, Culture and Sports, Foreign Trade and Investment and Finance, are left
Remitase to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
