LAW NO 1816 LAW OF DECEMBER 16, 1997

JORGE QUIROGA RAMIREZ ACTING PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

For the Honorable National Congress, it has sanctioned the following Law: THE HONORABLE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA: ONLY ARTICLE- Pursuant to Article 59, attribution l2a. of the Political Constitution of the State, is approved and ratified the Convention between the Republic of Bolivia and the Kingdom of Spain to Avoid Double Imposition and Prevent Tax Evasion in Matter of Taxes on Income and on Heritage signed in the city of La Paz, at 30 days of the month of June 1997. I went to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes. It is given in the Session Room of the Honorable National Congress, on the nine days of the month of December of a thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven years. Fdo. Therefore, it was enacted so that it has and will comply with the law of the Republic.
