HUGO BANZER SUAREZ PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

For the Honorable National Congress, it has sanctioned the following Law: THE HONORABLE NATIONAL CONGRESS, D E C R E T A: ARTICLE FIRST.- According to the requirement formulated by the Judicial Branch, to extend the judicial infrastructure in the city of La Paz, pursuant to Article 22, paragraph II of the Constitution of the State, declare of necessity and public utility the expropriation of the following buildings: -Lot of land of 1,300,68 Mts2 of surface, located between the streets Genaro Sanjines Nº 488-476 and Commerce No. 920-944 of the area of San Sebastián of this city owned by the Supplementary Fund of Y.P.F.B. -A house of three old construction plants, on a surface of 319 Mts.2, located in the street corner of the Genaro Sanjines corner of the San Sebastian area of this city, owned by Rosa Lewesztain and others; and-A lot of land of 428.25 Mts., surface, located on the street Trade s/n. between Genaro Sanjines and Yanacocha of the San Sebastián area of this city, owned by "Los Andes Ltda.", Business Promoter and Constructor.

ARTICLE SECOND.- The process of expropriation of the properties indicated, will be done according to the Decree of 4 April 1879, Law of 30 December 1884 and other concordant rules, entrusted with the administrative procedure of the expropriation to the Prefecture of the Department of La Paz.
