ARTICLE SECOND.-The transfer will be carried out for consideration on the basis of the book value of the aforementioned building, by means of 10 annual quotas that will be provided in the corresponding heading of the Budget of the Prefecture of Tarija. ARTICLE THIRD.-The building to be transferred will be the purpose of the construction of a Sports Coliseum in charge of the prefectural budget.
