LAGO TITICACA. SeA ± port of ports on its coast.
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Art. 1.A ° The following are declared ports of Bolivia on the coast of Titicaca: Copacabana, Aigachi, Guarina, Huata, Achacachi, AncorÃ ¡ imes, Carabuco, Escoma and Huaicho.
2.A ° The amount of twelve thousand Bolivians is voted for the construction of springs, which must be distributed proportionally between the cantons indicated in the article 1.A °
3.A ° The Executive is authorized to, on the basis of the report of the departmental and municipal injenieros, the opinion of the captains of the vapours which emerge from Titicaca, and other precise data, be given by the main port of communication, between the city of La Paz and its provinces, with the PerAº, the point that is more advantageous, consulting for it the comforts of the place, the shortest possible distance to that city, and the practicability of a road or (i)
