POLITICAL CONSTITUTION.â€ " Forcing for the Lejislative Power to recabe from the Executive the decree of promulgation, and for the provision of the oath of the President.
THE ASSEMBLY NATIONAL CONSTITUENT
ArtA-cull 1.A ° The constitution sanctioned by the National Assembly, signed by all honourable Members on the 14th of the current day after a short speech that will deliver the honorable President.
Art. 2.Â ° On the 15th to the afternoon, a special commission composed of nine deputies, each representing a department, and the ejidos by the President of the Assembly, will present themselves to the Executive Branch, in order to obtain the decree In the promulgation of the fundamental charter, the President of the Republic of the Republic immediately concurs to the sitting room to take the oath to comply with the sanctioned constitution.
