THE ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENT NATIONAL

DECRETA:

ArtA-article 1. A ° In the places of Antofagasta, Pasto Grande, Catua and other land-trofes with the Arjentina Republic, of the Atacama district of the Litoral, the contribution of 50 cs is imposed. monthly for each head of cattle, horse or mular, coming from that Republic. that they wintered in those pastes; and 20 cs. by the lanar or llamas.

Art. 2. It is reduced to one half of this tax, provided that it does not reach a month the use of such pastures.
