THE NATIONAL CONVENTION,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull l.A ° The President of the Republic, the President of the Council of Ministers, may suspend Temporarily the publication of the newspapers that compromise the national defense divulging military operations or the issues of the diplomat.

Art. 2.A ° This reading repeals any other provision of circumstances that has the same exceptional character.

Communicate to the executive branch for execution and fulfillment.
