PEACE RAILWAY TO THE TITICACA.â€The executive is authorized to call proposals: interest to be guaranteed.
THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC
As soon as the national Convetion has sanctioned the following I read:
THE NATIONAL CONVENTION,
ArtA-ass 1.A ° The executive is authorized to call for proposals for the construction of a railway line, starting from the port of PÃ©rez or another point of the lake, finish in this city of La Paz.
Art. 2.A ° The government will guarantee with 7p% the capital that will be invested in the road, not being able to guarantee this guarantee-to exceed a capital of more than one million Bolivians.
Art. 3.Â ° The government will accept, with preference and on an equal footing, the one that offers the best guarantees, and the least to conclude it.
Art. 4.A ° The executive is also authorized to make the concessions that it creates convenient to those that propose to make roads of the provinces limA-trofes to the railway, to which the previous articles refer.
