For the national congress has sanctioned the following lei:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

Single-ass. †" The ordinary sessions of the congress are extended for eight days to deal preferably with the budget of the republic, to fix the armed force, laws initiated by the executive, laws in review, on colonization of the Chaco, concerning the department of Beni, on customs, creation of a province and guarantees; railways; codification of public instruction and cancellation of the supreme court of instruction.
