HUANCHACA.â € "This town declares itself the capital of the province of Porco: the town of Pulacayo is vice-canton dependent on the capital.

PRESIDENT CONSTITUTIONAL OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1.A ° †"The Huanchaca people declare themselves capital of the province of Porco, and will reside in the political, municipal and judicial.

Art. 2.A ° to € "In this capital, Aº another point of the province, a military guard will be maintained.

Art. 3.A ° †"The Pulacayo people, is vice-canton dependent on the capital; and will have a runner, parish mayors and cantonal ajentes.

Art. 4.A ° †"The executive will expropriate, according to the laws, the buildings that are needed in Huanchaca and in Pulacayo to install the respective offices.

Art. 5.A to € "The executive will dictate the providences necessary to comply with this law.

Communicate to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
