PODER EJECUTIVO.†" A constitutional president of the Republic is proclaimed to the citizen Aniceto Arce; first vice president to the citizen Josá© Manuel del Carpio; and second vice president al citizen Serapio RA©yes Orta-z.



As soon as the national congress has sanctioned the following I read:



1. ° †" That the direct elections for president and vice-presidents of the republic, practiced on 13, 14, 15 and 16 May of this year, have been attended by 34,418 voters, whose absolute majority is 17,210.

2. ° †" That the national scrutiny verified by the congress, according to article 84 of the constitution, will give the following result:

For President of the Republic.

For the citizen Aniceto Arce? ???? ... 25,396 votes For the citizen Eliodoro Camacho? ??.? 7,183 ' Scattered blanks and nulls? ??????? 1,839 ' Total 34,418 '

For Vice-President.

3.A ° †" That the citizens Aniceto Arce, Josá© Manuel del Carpio and Serapio RA©yes Orta-z have obtained the majority-absolute of suffrages in the direct election of president and vice-presidents 1.A ° and 2.A °, respectively.


Art. 1.A ° to € "The citizen Aniceto Arce is proclaimed constitutional president.

2.A ° Vice-presidonte of the republic, Serapio RA©yes Orta-z.

Art. 2.A ° to € "The 15th day of the currents for the iuvestidura of the elected, according to the ceremonial dictated on this same date.
