As soon as the national congress has sanctioned the following I read.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

The laws, decrees, and printing regulations remain in force, with the following modifications:

Article 8.A of the regulatory decree of October 26, 1863, is replaced by the following:

Art. 8. †" Public officials who are either injured or maligned by the press will have the right to complain to the jury or to the ordinary courts.

In the same way, the prosecutors will be able to do so by virtue of a complaint. or simply of trade, to institute public or criminal action in all public crimes.

The Minister of Justice will be able to combine the printing press by deleting all modified or repealed articles, and reviewed this work by the General tax, it will be published by the press.

Communicate to the executive branch.
