BANK OF THE SUD.â € "Is authorized to set it to don Adrian 2.A ° Harriague.
CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.
As soon as the national congress has sanctioned the following i read.
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
Article 1.A to € "Don Adrian 2.A° Harriague is authorised to set up an issuing bank, deposits, loans and discounts, which will qualify under the name "Bank of the Sud".
Article 2.A to € "The" Bank of the Sud " may issue banknotes, payable to the bearer, in view, in sealed currency, in the proportion of one hundred and fifty percent, of its paid capital.
The types of the banknotes, shall be one, Five, ten, twenty, fifty and one hundred Bolivians.
ArtA-cull 3.A ° â€ "The capital of the" Bank of the Sud " is fixed in the amount of five hundred thousand Bolivians, which will be constituted in a metallic coin, or silver or gold bars, which will be duly checked by the government.
That capital cannot be increased without any legislative authorization.
ArtA-article 4.A ° â€ "The executive shall exercise vilance by means of a delegate, on the issue of banknotes and economic movement of the offices of the" Bank of the Sud ".
Article 5.A to €"The " Bank of the Sud " will have its legal address in PotosA, with the power to establish branches in other parts of the republic.
PodrA will vary its legal domisilio, through authorization of the executive branch.
ArtA-culo 6.A ° â€ "The" Bank of the Sud "is subject to the taxes and laws that govern the" National Bank of Bolivia " in what it has external in its organization and does not mean any time, after the word is dictated by the single bank of banks, to which it will be held when it is promulgated.
ArtA-ass 7.A ° â€ "The" Bank of the Sud " will start operating within the term of two years, under the cancellation penalty if not.
