As soon as the national congress has sanctioned the following i read.
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
Art. 1.A ° â€ "The tithes and firsts of the Caiza party, in the province of the Great Chaco, are destined to the construction of the church of Yacuiba; it must be done the auction subject to the laws of the case.
Art. 2.A to € "This concession is granted for four years.
Art. 3.A ° to € "A board composed of the sub-prefect, father converter and chairman of the municipal board of Yacuiba, will be in charge of the management of the work and the administration of the funds awarded.
