    FOR HOW much, the national congress has sanctioned the following lei:

    THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

    DECRETA:

    ArtA-ass article 1 (1) of the lei of 25 November 1887 is amended in the following terms:

    The tax of a Bolivian per head of cattle that is extracted from the Beni to Caupolica is created.

    Communicate to the executive branch for promulgation.
