THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1.A ° †"The capital of the province of Porco to the city of Uyuni, the political, judicial and judicial authorities must reside in it

The city of Uyuni, the capital of the expressed province of Tomave, has been acquired by the city of Tomave.

Art. 2.A to € "The executive shall determine the territorial jurisdiction of that city, taking the necessary data and reports from the prefecture and departmental council, and promote the construction of the public buildings, according to the bases and plans
