CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

As soon as the national congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

1.A ° †"It is created in the capital Sorata according to the vijentes statutes, an establishment of merchant instruction.

ArtA-culo 2.A ° †"To attend to this establishment, a teacher and an assistant will be held, by means of an exhibition of opposition given by them to the university council of La Paz and with the allocation assigned to them by the budget.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †"It is fixed in fifteen the number of students free of charge for this school, and must be received by means of proof of poverty and morality.

Article 4.A to €"The pensions to be charged In the departmental treasury, 1.60 monthly and its total will be given in the departmental treasury.

5.A ° †"This law shall be put into service from 1 January 1892.

Communicate to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
