CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW HOW much the national congress has dictated the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

CHAPTER 1.A °

Janeral provisions.

ArtA-ass 1.A ° †"All Bolivian, from the age of 21 years to the age of 40, is required to the personal military service, as follows:

From 21 years of age Up to 25 years, in the lA-nea;

From 25 to 30, in the ordinary reserve;

From 30 to 40, in the extraordinary reserve.

Art. 2.A ° †" Foreigners who obtain a naturalization card and the Bolivians who regain their quality of life, will enter into their respective class.

Art. 3.A to € " In peace time only two years shall be served in the first category.

CHAPTER 2.A

Of exclusions, exemptions, and offsets.

Art. 4.A ° †" They are excluded from the military, but put at the disposal of the ministers of war and colonies, whenever they touch the military service, the condemned to corporal punishment that they have fulfilled their condemnation, after not obtaining their own rehabilitation, as well as qualified vagos.

CHAPTER 3.A °

Of the inscription and the appeal.

Art. 10. †" All Bolivians between 21 and 40 years of age, including those exempted and excluded, shall be registered in their respective districts, before the authorities which have been granted, in the time it establishes and in accordance with the provisions of the to dictate the executive power.

CHAPTER 4.A

The military service is in compliance.

CHAPTER 5.A °

Art. 22.†" The government may admit volunteers over 21 years of age.

CHAPTER 6.A

Military Tax.

Art. 24.†" Those who enjoy the benefit of the definitive exemption, by virtue of the Aodos 1.A ° and 2.A ° of the article 5.A °, will pay a fee of 5 Bolivian half-yearly during the two years that must be used in the military of the country. The same quota for 10 and eight months shall be paid by the persons who take advantage of the temporary exemptions provided for in Article 7 (a).
