FOR HOW much, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1.A ° †" The miner who does not pay the patent for a year, lose their right to the belongings granted, which, in their capacity as frank by the Ministry of Law, may be awarded, provided that the new petitioners present the certificate of empowerment in the respective departmental treasury, of the amount due in the last semester, with the (a) criminal proceedings referred to in Article 4 (4) (a) of the statutory decree of 16 December 1890.
