FERROCARRILES.â€ "Concession to Christian Koenig and C. ª to build and operate a railway from the Arjentina Republic to Sucre passing through PotosA-, with a branch A ¡ Uyuni.
CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
FOR HOW much, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-culo 1.A ° The right to build and explode is granted to the Christian Koenig and C. A railway that, starting from the Lima-trophé line between the repons of Bolivia and Arjentina, in a point near to Caiza (which will be determined with precision when the final studies will be carried out), will end in the The city of Sucre, passing through PotosA, with a branch to Uyuni.
The line will run from the lima-trofé point indicated by the rA-or Pilcomayo, passing near Caiza, then follow the mA-or until its confluence with the Pilaya, from whose point will follow through the valley of this rA-o and that of Cotagaita until reaching the village of this name. From the end of the year, the line will follow PotosA and Sucre, with a branch that splices in Uyuni with the Antofagasta railway.
Art. 2 A ° The line shall be divided, for the purposes of the construction, in four sections, which are: 1. from the Arjentina border to the RA-or Pilcomayo; 2. from this point to Cotagaita, with a branch to the city of Tarija; 3. Uyuni; and 4. of Cotagita A ¡ Sucre passing by PotosA-.
Art. 3 A ° The dealers undertake to present the studies, complete and definitive by sections, within the thirty months of the contract of the concession, and start the works within the next ten and eight months, owing continue with them without any interruption except fortuitous case A³ of force majeure, being understood that if necessary they can be executed simultaneously in all the sections.

Art. 9.Â ° The company will charge half the price of the ordinary fares for the passage of the national employees in commission as well as for the transport of cargo that are repudiated of the public service: the postal service and the services will be made free of gravA status for the state.
Art. 10. The fare and transport fees will be set by the business owners according to the government.
Art. 11. If the dealers do not present the A³ studies, they do not give principle to the work within the time limits set in Article 3 (3). The contract shall be terminated and the fund shall be consolidated in favour of the state. except for force majeure A³ fortuitous cases.
Art. 12. The concessionary company will not be able to transfer this concession without prior agreement of the executive branch.
Art. 13. The company will have to have its legal address in the capital of the Republic Aº another city of the same.
Art. 14. All the materials for the construction of the railway as they need for their exploitation, will be introduced to the free republic of every right for ten years.
Art. 15. The works of the company for the expropriation of all the necessary land of private property, for the account of the ampresaries, are declared of public utility.
Art. 16. The entrepreneurs will enjoy the area of the area in the extension of 50 kilometers to each side of the line projected for 20 years from the date of the public deed of concession, with the exception of the municipal radios of the Population of the route that are fixed in the extension of 50 kilometers.
Art. 17. It is awarded to Christian Koenig and C. ª in property and without remuneration some 1,750 square kilometers of fiscal land in compensation of the capitals employed in the main sections of the railway and 250 The city of Tarija is also square.

Art. 20. Transports 99 years from the date of the public deed of concession, will pass the railroads, fixed and rolling stock, and telemgraphs of the company, to be owned by the state without compensation any.

Art. 21. The executive will regulate this law.
