CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

FOR HOW much, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1.A ° A Bolivian tax is created on each head of cattle to be used for public consumption in the department of Santa Cruz.

ArtA-culo 2.A ° The taxes established by law of November 6, 1890, on the café, will be abrogated.

ArtA-culo 3.A ° The executive will regulate this law.

Communicate to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
