As soon as, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-article 1.At ° †" The executive branch will command to build a -a road and a telegram-a telegram-from the city of La Paz to the villages of Chulumani and Coroico in the province of Yungas; and, with the appropriate opportunity, the establishment of a service of dilijences for the traffic of the said vA-a.

Art. 2. ° †" It is authorized, for the implied effects, to raise in the interior A³ exterior of the republic, an undertaking for the quantity of Bs. 250,000 with guarantee-a if necessary of the rents of that department.

Art. 3. ° †" In the departmental budget of La Paz, the sum of Bs. 25,000 for the service of interest and amortisation of the aforementioned undertaking shall be entered annually.

Art. 4. ° †"The same executive will issue the application of the corresponding road funds to the" Society of owners of Yungas ", to the construction and establishment of the road decreed.
