For how much, the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-cull 1.At ° â€ " The Santa Cruz department tax payers, who would not have been satisfied Their corresponding contributions to the years 1891, 1892 and 1893, of the obligation to pay them surcharges, additional tax A© respective interests.
Art. 2.Â ° â€ " Taxpayers who do not meet their accrued dues, until June 30, 1895, will not enjoy the exoneration agreed upon in the previous article.
Communicate to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
