TAXES IN SANTA CRUZ.â€ "The corambre and the consumption cattle are recast: the tax on soles is declared a departmental fund: a tax on livestock is created that is interne and another about the cafA© to be extracted.
CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For how much: the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-ass 1.A ° â€ "The corambre tax awarded to the municipality of Santa Cruz, by law of November 12, 1887, and the tax imposed by law of November 21, 1893, are recast in only one, with the type of a Bolivian fifty cents, for each head of cattle that is to be used public consumption, and of eighty cents for that destined for private consumption. This tax is declared municipal.
Art. 2.Â ° â€ " The tax that gravitates on the extraction of soles, awarded to the municipality of Santa Cruz by decree of 23 January 1873, is declared a departmental fund.
Art. 3.Â ° â€ " The tax tax of a Bolivian, created by law of 6 November 1890, is established on each head of cattle that interne from the Beni to the department of Santa Cruz.
Art. 4.Â ° â€ " It is created in the same department, a tax tax of twenty cents, for every caffa© at the inside and outside of the republic.
Art. 5.Â ° â€ " The executive will dictate the necessary measures, for the perception of these taxes.
