TAX ON PASTES AND MINERALS FROM PLATA.â€The fee to be paid from 1.A January 1895 is fixed.
CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For how much, the national congress has dictated the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-ass 1.A ° From January 1895 the tax on the production of silver pastes will be sixty cents per frame. Pastes that are directly interned by the miners A the national currency house will only pay the tax of fifty cents per frame.
Art. 2.Â ° From the same date the tax that taxes on the arjentA-ferous minerals will be charged according to the following tariff. The minerals that per box of 50 quintals contain from one to one hundred frames of silver, will pay thirty-five cents per frame.
From more than 101 to 150 frames A reason of 40 cents.

Art. 3.Â ° When a particular mining company gives its metals to another establishment of foreign ownership for its reduction to pastes, being different the bidders of the districts in which the mines and the injenium are located, the tax be paid by the owner of the last one, by the extracted frames.
