BECAUSE: the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass. 1. ° †" From 1.A January 1897, it is reduced to 40 cents the tax on the silver pastes that the miners are obliged to enter into the national house of currency according to the law.
ArtA-ass. 2. ° †"The silver minerals benefited, which are exported in the form of sulphides, Aº any other, will pay the tax of 40 cents per frame, whatever their law.
ArtA-culo., 3. ° â€" 3% the tax on the Sealed silver export. Exports falling from Bs. 100, are free of this right.
Communal-to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
