CUSTOMS. â€ " Reforms to the General Regulation, on consular bills.

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
BECAUSE: the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-cull 1.At ° â€ " The requirements on consular invoices of articles 312, 321, 322, 323, 325, 326, 327 and 332 of the Chapter 2.A, Section 5.A of the Regulation shall be repealed. Customs office of 16 April 1894.
ArtA-ass. 2.Â ° â€ " For the manifests it will be paid, as a legalization right, 1% on the value of the invoice.
ArtA-ass. 3.Â ° â€ "Non-rented consular officers, who do the legalisation of invoices, will take 5% on what they perceive.
ArtA-cull 4.Â ° â€" The jeneral cönnsul in Pará-s and the cönnsul in New York, will have the right, also, to the 2 and ½ %â€ "of the amounts entered in their power by referrals from the other parties; and 5% on the legalizations they make.
Article 5.Â ° â€" The goods that were introduced without the manifest to certify it, in the form This law will be fined twice the amount of the law.
ArtA-ass 6.Â ° â€ " This law amends international conventions.
Communicate to executive power for constitutional purposes.
