CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA,
BECAUSE: the national congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-cull l.A ° â€ " The credit of forty-four thousand hundred and sixty-five Bolivians is recognized, Three cents of capital, in favor of the National Bank of Bolivia, from the by the board of directors of the Bolivian National Institute of La Paz, today destined for the colejio of arts and crafts. The interest of this sum will be liquidated from the various dates of the obligations that gave it 9% a year.
Article 2.Â ° â€ " The amount of twenty thousand bolivianos in each national budget will be entered in each national budget. Capital and interests recognized in the previous article, without semi-annual capital, until debt cancellation.
Communal-to the executive branch for constitutional purposes.
