CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
The National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-culo 1A ° .â€ "The funds from the additional tax on coca from Caupolican, which they refer to Articles 2A ° and 3A °. of the law of November 7, 1889, as the taxes called "toll", "pasture" and "pontazgo", which are currently charged in the Customs of CallcÃ ¡ n, will be collected and administered by Juntas of roads, with residence in the capitals of Apollo and Pelechuco, who will name their respective Treasurer subject to the law.
ArtA-ass 2A ° .â€ "Those Juntas, will consist of four notable neighbors and one MunA-cipé in each of the sections, being the first appointed by the Prefect according to the President of the Municipal Council of La Paz.
