REPAsBLICA ' S CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT
For How Much, Congress Nacional has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-arse 1A ° .â€ " The Executive Branch will permanently reside in the capital of the Republic, except for cases determined by the State Policy-Policy.
Article 2A ° .â€ " If the The Executive Branch may be held outside the capital of the Republic during the period of the legislative functions, and must be returned to its regular seat immediately after the closing of the legislative functions.
ArtA-ass 3A ° .â€ " In the exceptional cases in the preceding articles, the Executive will issue the decree of convocation within sixty days prior to the one designated for the opening of the sessions.
Communicate to the Executive Branch.
