ArtA-ass 1A ° â€ "Libélârse de derechos e taxes de internaciÃto de carÃ ¡ cter national, departmental and municipal, except storage, mobilization and statistics, machinery, parts accessories and spare parts; tapes, handrails, fabrics for Hats, headgear or strips of leather or rubber, buckles, rubber, anilines, colouring substances, sulphurous acid, carbonate and sodium sulphate, imported by established national bricas or to be established, in quantities strictly indispensable for the manufacture of hats.

ArtA-arse 3A ° â€ "The State grants the FA National Hat-Global? Charcas Glorietaaâ€ • from Sucre, a guarantee-at 12% a year on its paid capital duly verified-as on which it invested with prior authorization of the Executive Branch.
