For, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:



ArtA-ass 1A ° †"Libélârse de derechos e taxes de internaciÃto de carà ¡ cter national, departmental and municipal, except storage, mobilization and statistics, machinery, parts accessories and spare parts; tapes, handrails, fabrics for Hats, headgear or strips of leather or rubber, buckles, rubber, anilines, colouring substances, sulphurous acid, carbonate and sodium sulphate, imported by established national bricas or to be established, in quantities strictly indispensable for the manufacture of hats.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †"The releases that were agreed upon by the Military Junta of Government, conditionally to the National Hats Factory, are approved? Charcas Glorietaa†• from Sucre.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †"The State grants the FA National Hat-Global? Charcas Glorietaa†• from Sucre, a guarantee-at 12% a year on its paid capital duly verified-as on which it invested with prior authorization of the Executive Branch.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †"The releases of rights and taxes of international and garanta-granted by this law, will last ten years, beginning to rule from its promulgation.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †"The bricas already installed or to be installed and for the duration of the franchise included in this law, the release of the articles and materials specified in the article 1A °, shall be made prior On the basis of its technical and in the Ministry of Industry, on the productive capacity of its factories and indicate from the month of January 1932, the approximate quantity of raw materials to be imported, with the remaining subject to the payment of the rights according to the article 3A ° of the Customs Tariff of Importance.
