CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-arse 1A ° â€ "The collection of national, departmental and municipal taxes, corresponding to the laggard and current income, will be made without surcharge or interest until December 31, 1931.
ArtA-ass 2A ° â€ "Due to the agreed deadline, provided that the debtors have not fulfilled their obligation, they will not be eligible for the benefit of this law.
ArtA-ass 5A ° â€" Article 44 of the Law of 3 May 1928 on the taxation of income. In addition, paragraph (c) of the same Article 44 is hereby repealed in the part that imposes the 12% annual penalty, which is replaced by 10%, and in the party that establishes the 5% surcharge on the sum due.
