CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For how much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
Single-ass, â€ " Tariff duty free is declared the import of a turbine, a transformer, an alternator and the corresponding accessories, which has acquired the Company of Light and Force of Tarija, to repair the hydro-electrical installation of that city.
The Company will be obliged to improve the public lighting, according to the Municipality of Tarija, in equivalent proportion to the benefits it receives from this law, without requiring contract or other compensation.
Communal-be to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
