Single-ass. †"Learn from the supreme resolution of January 30, 1928, for which the Government of Bolivia adheres to the Convention and Protocol signed in Geneva on January 19, 1925, on international trafficking of opium and other narcotic drugs, with the reservations set forth in that resolution.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
