ArtA-ass 1A °. â€ "From general funds from the 1932 budget, the sum of Two thousand Bolivians to grant aid to those affected by the floods produced in the town of Tapacará.
ArtA-culo 2A °. â€ " From the distribution of these funds will be embodied the Subprefect and Municipal President and the Rroco of the province.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
